Waimea intermediate 2010

On the 3rd of Feb it was my first day at waimea intermediate it was really scary standing at the bus stop. Then when i hope on the look around for shania there she is as i walk up to her the bus stars moving i think i am going to fall but i dont i just kept on going then i sit next to shania ( my bff of all times) we start talking about our hoildays. Even though you think it will be scary going to a new school just think you are not the only one that is new there.

WA, WA it is so sad on the 15Th of may thunder cat got ran over by a mean car it was really sad when we found out. ginger is sad as well but we got over it so BYE BYE BYE THUNDER PUSS

bridge valley

On the 8th and 9th of December Moturoa went on camp to bridge valley. It was so cool we were in three teams 1,2 and 3 the best bit was Shania was in my group we were both in team 1. the first activity we did was the native puzzle it is when you choose a buddy mine was well I think you all know who it was no well it was Shania. we each got a sheet between two people then we had to do the cross word on the sheet but we had to find the answers in the bush some where. Then we went to the kayaks they were so fun but hard at the same time but in the end most of us ended up swimming. The lake was green and mucky but it was warm as well as cold at 4:00 we got to go swimming or go on the waterslide I did both the water slide was so fun you go zooming down then skimming across the lake them plook you are floating back up to the top. Then we got free time me and Shania went on the flying fox it is so fun you go zooming then you hit the tyres as well as your head there is another flying fox as well but team 1 did not get to go on it because when we were going to go on it we had to clean up it goes over the lake. On Tuseday it rained on us it was very bad because we had to do it in the rain. We also did fire damper we cooked scones on the fire. It was a very fun day. by nicole

Being Ten is cool!

I am ten now and for my birthday i got a very special necklace all the way from Scotland and lots of books like a 100 stories in one book. I had a party i invited Emily, Taylah and Shaina my cake was so cool it was chocolate with Tinkerbell on it it was mint.

My project

For topic we did some experiments. then we had to one of our own experiments. I did a volcano. It is blue with white sown. Tomorrow I am taking my to school. We had already teased it.

My Aunty and Uncle come back.

On Tuesday my Auntie and Uncle came back from Canada they went to Vancouver for five weeks. They went on a big boat and went to a big aquarium they saw a white whale. When they came back they went to a cook island and they got my a top with the Islands name on it and some pencils.
